Regulated profession

Nadia FAJR practises as an attorney, a regulated profession in Morocco, and is subject to the Casablanca Bar and its professional rules.

All information entrusted to the firm, including during a first discussion, is covered by professional secrecy.

A conflict check is carried out before accepting any matter. The firm declines the engagement where that check requires it.

Fees are set by written agreement: fixed fee, hourly rate or a combination, depending on the matter. [Indicative scale to be approved by the firm.]

[Professional indemnity insurance and client funds guarantee references to be completed by the firm.]

Any complaint may be addressed to the firm in writing. Failing a solution, the Bâtonnier of the Casablanca Bar may be contacted.
